Shipping Information

Any and all International orders(We are located in Kyiv Ukraine) are subject to completion based on product availability and payment verification. International orders containing, in stock and shippable merchandise will be shipped once billing and shipping information is verified and payment is received.

We ship to most countries of the world, main directions are: USA, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, EU countries, Japan.

Shipping days include Monday thru Saturday and do not include Sundays or holidays in Ukraine. Usual handling time - 2 days.

All postage's shipped will have a tracking number. Postage's need to be signed on delivery.

The tracking numbers will be available after an order is  shipped.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to the designated email address submitted at time of ordering, and will also be available through each customers online account.

Shipping operated by national post of Ukraine - "Ukrposhta" and by your national operator in destination country: USPS for US, Royal Mail for UK etc.

All International Orders will be shipped by Registered air mail (estimated 10-20 days for delivery, postage may considered lost if not delivered more than 35 after shipping).

Shipping may  include on not include tracking depending on country of destination.

Shipping rates can be calculated in shopping cart. Actual rates may vary from the calculated on site  due to: exact delivery destination, oversized packaging due to size or weight, additional services, and or other factors outside of our control. If your order is subject to additional shipping fees greater than the estimated shipping rates, you will be contacted via email regarding the additional increase. If rate lower - we will capture less amount than you've authorized. Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import Fees are not included in the shipping rates. Any applicable Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import Fees are separate, and due upon delivery.

Weight based shipping calculated automatically and almost always accurate.

If for your country only Flat rate available - this means we did not shipped to your country before, please contact us and we will set weight based shipping.

WE WILL SHIP ONLY TO BILLING ADDRESS STATED IN PAYPAL, make sure it set correctly before send payment.

For Canada and Australia: If you choose not-trackable shipping method and postage not arrived in 35 after shipping date - contact us. We will initiate search investigation. It may take up to 3 month. You will receive a refund only when Post operator confirms that parcel was lost.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import Fees

We do not charge any fees or taxes during checkout.

International orders are subject to Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import, and possible Brokerage Fees of your country. For orders below USD 50.00 we declare lower value(USD 10.00-20.00) as standard insurance cover that amount. All orders with total of USD 50.00 and more - insured for their full cost therefore full value declared in customs documents. Any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility and will need to be paid upon delivery. Be Prepared. Armour Bikes BMX is not responsible for any of these fees or the collection of fees. Armour Bikes BMX has no control of these fees if any are applicable by your country customs. Any fees that may need to be paid are based on the receiving countries Customs Agency. Any questions regarding these fees will need to be addressed to the Customs Agency in the receiving country. Refusal or failure to pay any applicable fees will cause the customer to violate Terms and Conditions. By violating Terms and Conditions, due to refusal or failure to pay any Import fees the customer is waiving there right to return, credit and or any monetary refund of the original products purchased. Any additional return fees due to refusal or non-payment of customs fees will result in an additional charge to the customer for return of the products to Armour Bikes if possible, or to cover loss or damage due to failure of payment of fees. If you are not sure about the fees, call or email your local Customs Agency before placing an order. You will be responsible for the fees. Don’t get mad at us, we have zero control over the Customs Agency.

If you want to void or minimize fees you can pay by Western Union, for this option - contact us via site form prior placing order. BE AWARE that in this case you take full responsibility in case of loss or damage, as postage won't be insured and will be no refund in case of issues during delivery.
